This one hour webinar will consist of four separate rapid-fire presentations from different settings. Each presentation will focus on sharing the learning from a creative medication safety improvement project.
The four presentations are:

- Safe Syringe Medication Administration: British Columbia Ambulance Service - Katie P.C. McTaggart from the Emergency and Health Services Commission in Victoria, British Columbia.
- Standardization of Infusion Pumps - Garth Vatkin from Interior Health in British Columbia.
- The Opioid Task Force - Sandra Knowles and Trevor Hall from Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, Ontario.
